Additionally, Mr. Naqwi’s secretary was incredibly attentive and kept me informed about all appointments and updates. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her communication was prompt and reassuring. I also want to mention the excellent care I received from my physiotherapist, Esther. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly supportive. With her help, I saw significant improvement in my wrist’s mobility and flexibility. Overall, I have nothing but praise for the entire team.
